Due to the handmade nature of Lanaola, LLC and Lanaola Style products, returns are not accepted at this time. All items are checked before leaving our warehouse for quality assurance.

Current Exchange Policy
Due to these unprecedented times of COVID-19, we are not accepting exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Original Exchange Policy
If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us via email at email@example.com within 10 days from your package delivery date to arrange an exchange. If 10 days have gone by since your order’s delivery date, we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. Any item not in its original condition — damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error — is not eligible for an exchange.
To process your exchange without delays, please fill out the exchange slip/receipt that came with your package and include it in your return package.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and you will receive tracking information for your new item within three days.
In exchanging your item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Within the United States
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow a processing time of 3 days before shipment. Products are typically delivered within 7 – 10 business days including processing times.
Fulfillment times may vary relative to order volume.
Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin to process until the following business day.
At this time, we only offer shipping for all orders made in US, Canada, and Mexico. Orders to Canada and Mexico may be subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Holidays and Weekends
During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Please allow 2-3 extra processing days for holidays and weekends.
